Sr Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, achieving sales targets, and supporting the sales team on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Attend to customers and assist in selecting jewellery products
• Provide detailed product knowledge on gold, diamond, and other jewellery
• Handle customers professionally
• Upsell and cross sell products to maximize sales
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Support junior sales staff and guide them on the floor
• Maintain showroom display, hygiene, and visual standards
• Coordinate with billing team for smooth transaction process
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow ups
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualification and Experience

12th pass / Graduate preferred

3–8 years of experience in sales (jewellery, retail, luxury, or hospitality preferred).
