The HR Case Sr. Manager will manage end-to-end employee relations and ethics cases reported through the EthicsPoint (NAVEX) platform. The role focuses exclusively on case intake, triage, investigation coordination, documentation, and closure, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end cases received through EthicsPoint, including intake, categorization, investigation coordination, documentation, and closure.
  • Triage and assess cases based on risk, urgency, and sensitivity; assign or route cases appropriately while avoiding conflicts of interest.
  • Conduct or support workplace investigations related to misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, policy violations, and ethical concerns.
  • Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses in a fair, unbiased, and confidential manner.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation in EthicsPoint, including notes, evidence, timelines, and findings.
  • Prepare investigation summaries and clearly document outcomes (substantiated, unsubstantiated, or inconclusive).
  • Move cases to Recommended for Closure (RFC) and support governance reviews prior to final closure.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, Legal, Compliance, Security, and business leaders on case resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure adherence to confidentiality, non-retaliation, and data privacy standards throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Track case aging, trends, and themes; prepare dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making and preventive actions.

Required Qualifications

  • Around 15 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Investigations, Ethics & Compliance, or HR Case Management.
  • Hands-on experience managing cases in EthicsPoint (NAVEX) or a similar HR case management system.
  • Strong investigation skills, including interviewing, fact-finding, evidence evaluation, and report writing.
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and neutrality.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or formal investigation training.
  • Experience working closely with Legal or Compliance teams.

  • Reduction in repeat issues through trend analysis and preventive actions.
  • Positive feedback from stakeholders on case handling and professionalism.
