Description and Requirements
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth across Govt/ Public sector accounts in India. This role focuses on virtual selling, lead generation, and managing the complete sales cycle while building strong customer relationships and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth across assigned PSU and public sector accounts in India
Manage the complete inside sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, Tender Management, virtual meetings, and professional networking
Develop and execute a strategic territory and pipeline plan
Identify and qualify leads from trade shows, webinars, and regional networking events
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention
Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales
Experience selling to Govt/or public sector customers in India
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication, negotiation, and virtual selling skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Good‑to‑Have:
Experience working with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Exposure to technology or solution selling
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
