About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven PR professional to manage client accounts across B2B, education, and fintech sectors. You will be responsible for building strong narratives, driving media visibility, and ensuring seamless execution of PR campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication
- Understand client business, industry landscape, and communication goals
- Develop PR strategies, story angles, and campaign plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media stakeholders
- Pitch stories and secure high-quality media coverage across relevant publications
- Draft press releases, media pitches, bylines, and other communication materials
- Execute campaigns end-to-end while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Maintain trackers, coverage reports, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and media opportunities
- Proactively bring ideas, campaign hooks, and reactive opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, digital, design) for integrated campaigns
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Public Relations or Communications (Must have an agency experience)
- Strong understanding of B2B, education, or fintech sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong media relations and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
Good to Have
- Experience working with startups or founder-led brands
- Exposure to integrated campaigns (PR + digital + influencer)
- Familiarity with PR tools like Meltwater, Wizikey, etc.
