Position: Bid Management_ Sr Executive
Experience: 3+ years
Location: Mumbai / Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in end-to-end ERP bid lifecycle, including RFP/RFI response management
- Create compelling proposal content and ensure alignment with client requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely deliverables
- Maintain and update a knowledge repository for bid management and sales support
- Conduct market research and assist in presales/business development activities
- Take complete ownership of assigned bids and ensure strong follow-up until closure
- Adhere to organizational standards and best practices in bid management
