Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Client Servicing Executive (Event Manager). The Client Servicing
Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, capturing and understanding event briefs,
conceptualizing events, creating and delivering presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and
account management. The role is based in Bengaluru. Traveling related to the projects/assignments will be
there on an as-needed basis.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle special projects/small & large format events end-to-end
• Front end clients, develop new business relationships within the client organization, generate and negotiate
new business from existing accounts for Eventive Communications
• Understand Clients requirements, modification instructions, project brief & event objectives
• Negotiating with clients & closing the deal
• Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams
• Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries
• Oversee end to end activities from lead generation to post event summary/report as needed to deliver
flawless and memorable events
• Work in collaboration with Client Servicing, Operations & Creative teams to grow the events business
• Providing mood board as per the theme and sharing proper creative brief to the creative team is mandatory
• Be responsible for meeting monthly/quarterly/annual target
• Take empowered decisions regarding business negotiations
• Brand Management: Identify and analyze brands to partner with on various projects, understand
competition, research and knowledge of current trends (marketing/lifestyle, etc.)
Minimum Experience Required:
5+ Years
Educational Qualification:
Graduation/Post Graduation Degree (Marketing/Event Management/Media/Entertainment/Mass
Communication/Advertising preferred)
Skills;
• Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills
• Experience in event conceptualiztion, providing mood board as per the theme and sharing proper
creative brief to the creative team is mandatory
• Creating and delivering presentations
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in the event industry is preferred
