Print Jet Solutions LLP, a pioneer in coding and marking solutions with a strong footprint across South and West India, We are into Non-IT Coding & Marking Industries, and are looking for dynamic Technical Service Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing timely support, information, and guidance.
- Recommend suitable products and identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records based on service reports and share insights with managers on a daily/weekly basis.
- Plan Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and schedule maintenance activities for both existing and new customers.
- Travel as required to complete service assignments and customer visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team to initiate product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Identify new product opportunities and suggest enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Prepare and submit reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising market and service-related information.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality service and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to promote company products.
Requirements
Professional Skills:
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to service operations.
- Multilingual ability is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel as per business requirements.
Education:
- Diploma: Electronics & Communication, EEE, Instrumentation
- B.E / B.Tech: Electronics & Communication (E&C), EEE, Instrumentation
Experience:
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in service industries.
- Experience in Marking & Coding systems is an added advantage.
- Candidates from Weighing Scale or Packaging Industry are preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet).
