System Engineer

Key deliverables:

1. Provide end-user support and resolve complex system issues independently
2. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure across Macbook, Windows, and Linux platforms
3. Perform change controls, update documentation, and ensure SLA compliance
4. Participate in capacity planning, root cause analysis, and 24x7 on-call support

Role responsibilities:

1. Manage user accounts and system access with Active Directory and related tools
2. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues
3. Conduct performance analysis and proactive troubleshooting of systems and services
4. Support wireless technologies, backup, and recovery processes
