Speech Language Pathologist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role located in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing and treating children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include creating customized therapy plans, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring progress to meet the developmental needs of each child. Collaboration with caregivers, educators, and other therapists to ensure coordinated and effective treatment is essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and interventions for speech-related challenges
• Strong foundation in understanding and addressing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Experience in identifying and treating Dysphagia
• Proficient in handling a range of Speech and Language Disorders with a focus on pediatric populations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with children, families, and team members
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field; relevant certification or license is required
• Experience in pediatric therapy and early intervention is highly valued
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting
