Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru with flexibility for partial work-from-home. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, providing interventions for communication disorders, and supporting children using AAC and other assistive tools. The role will also include collaborating with families and team members to create a nurturing and effective therapy experience tailored to each child.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in addressing Speech and Language Disorders
• Experience working with Dysphagia and Communication Disorders
• Ability to assess and treat various Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children and families
• Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and child-led therapy approaches is highly desirable
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid certification and licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology
