Speech Language Pathologist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a pediatric specialty clinic dedicated to supporting children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Additional responsibilities include creating individualized therapy plans, conducting dysphagia management, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in diagnosing and treating Speech-related conditions
• Knowledge of Dysphagia management and associated intervention techniques
• Experience in working with Communication Disorders and addressing diverse patient needs
• Understanding and treatment of Language Disorders in pediatric populations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Relevant certification or licensing required by regulatory bodies
• Prior experience working in pediatric or rehabilitation settings is desirable
