Job Description

Company Description Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multidisciplinary pediatric intervention clinic supporting children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. The center offers specialized services in Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. OCDRC follows a holistic approach to help each child develop social, physical, emotional, and intellectual abilities. The team is committed to exceptional therapy quality, strong parent involvement, and creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children with special needs.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children, including those with developmental delays and neurological conditions. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, designing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care. The role involves regular documentation of progress, educating and guiding parents and caregivers, and participating in case discussions and program development to support each child's overall growth.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related disorders.
  • Experience working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in pediatric populations.
  • Knowledge and clinical experience in assessing and treating Dysphagia.
  • Recognized degree or master's in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology-Speech Language Pathology.
  • Relevant professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
  • Prior experience in pediatric settings, especially with developmental and learning challenges, preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care.
