Company Description FutuReady Pediatric Intervention Services is a multidisciplinary private practice in Bengaluru that provides holistic intervention for children with developmental disorders such as autism, ADHD, and intellectual disability. Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with a range of communication and feeding/swallowing difficulties in an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one and small group therapy sessions. The role involves collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, documenting progress, and adjusting goals based on clinical observations and parent feedback. The Speech Language Pathologist will also educate and coach parents and caregivers on home-based strategies, participate in team meetings, and contribute to case discussions and program development.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills in speech therapy, including assessment and intervention for pediatric populations.
  • Ability to evaluate and treat communication disorders, including speech and language disorders.
  • Experience managing language disorders and supporting the development of functional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of dysphagia assessment and management in children, including safe feeding strategies.
  • Recognized graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Relevant professional licensure or registration as required by local regulatory authorities.
  • Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and intellectual disability is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with families.
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
