Speech Language Pathologist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located at our Bengaluru clinic. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include providing therapy sessions, monitoring progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and engaging parents in the therapeutic process. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of each child.

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and diagnosis and treatment of speech-related challenges
• Expertise in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Experience in addressing Dysphagia and related clinical conditions
• Strong understanding of child development and effective communication strategies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Valid certification and licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Empathy, patience, and effective interpersonal skills for working with children and families
• Previous experience in pediatric speech therapy is an advantage
