Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru South. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include developing personalized therapy plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, providing parent education and support, and tracking progress to ensure developmental milestones are met. The role requires a strong commitment to enhancing each child's communication abilities and overall confidence.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in speech-language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy techniques
  • Expertise in creating customized therapy plans and setting achievable goals
  • Strong understanding of child development, early intervention strategies, and evidence-based practices
  • Collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with a multidisciplinary team and families
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide education and updates to caregivers
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and track progress effectively
  • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist and a degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Experience with pediatric populations and familiarity with speech and language development milestones are preferred
  • Commitment to ethical practice, empathy, and continuous professional development
