Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Bengaluru East. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, communication, and language disorders across various age groups. The role includes creating individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. Additionally, the professional will offer support for patients managing conditions such as dysphagia and provide strategies to improve communication skills and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and understanding of Speech-related disorders and treatments
• Knowledge of Dysphagia management and strategies for improving swallowing and related functions
• Experience in diagnosing and addressing Communication Disorders and providing tailored interventions
• Proficiency in working with patients experiencing Language Disorders and implementing strategies for language development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working collaboratively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Relevant licensure or certification required to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is a plus
