Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, addressing language and speech delays, working with individuals experiencing dysphagia, and collaborating with caregivers and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes. The role will also involve documenting progress, preparing reports, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and treatment techniques
• Proficiency in assessing and addressing Speech and Language Disorders
• Experience working with Communication Disorders and Dysphagia
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and caregivers
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with children and adults with diverse needs
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Licensed or certified as a Speech Language Pathologist as per local regulatory requirements
• Experience working in clinical environments or with children with developmental delays is a plus
