Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders in children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include creating individualized therapy plans, providing speech therapy sessions, addressing feeding and swallowing difficulties, and collaborating with families and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing speech-related challenges
- Expertise in identifying and treating Language Disorders and Communication Disorders
- Knowledge and experience in managing Dysphagia in children
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children and families
- Relevant certifications and licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with children with Autism and developmental disabilities is preferred
