Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at Dimensions Centre for Child Development in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting therapy sessions, developing individualized treatment plans, addressing language delays and disorders, and working with children experiencing speech or swallowing difficulties such as dysphagia. Collaboration with families and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and understanding of various speech-related disorders
• Experience addressing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Knowledge and ability to work with conditions like Dysphagia
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work with children and families
• Relevant certification or licensure in Speech Language Pathology
• Prior experience working with children in a therapy or clinical setting is an asset
