Speech Language Pathologist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a pediatric specialty center offering world-class services such as Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. The center adopts a multidisciplinary approach to help children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at our Bengaluru location. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring progress, and educating families to support therapy outcomes. The role requires compassionate interaction with children and their families to foster a positive development journey.

• Proficiency in providing Speech Therapy for children with developmental delays and special needs
• Strong understanding of Speech, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders
• Ability to assess and treat Dysphagia and related feeding challenges
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Valid certification or license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children in a similar setting is highly desirable
