Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. Daily tasks include designing personalized therapy plans, implementing interventions for speech and language development, addressing communication challenges, and collaborating with families to support progress. The Speech Language Pathologist will also monitor therapy outcomes and adjust plans as needed to achieve optimal results for each child.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and knowledge of techniques for effective intervention
• Expertise in addressing Speech, Dysphagia, and related challenges
• Specialized knowledge in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaboration with children and families
• Relevant certifications or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience in working with children with special needs is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
