Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, or feeding difficulties. Daily responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, tracking progress, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and understanding of speech-related interventions
• Strong knowledge of treating conditions related to speech and language addressing Communication Disorders
• Expertise in managing and treating Language Disorders
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect effectively with patients and caregivers
• Master's or Bachelora degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Licensure or certification as required by state or local regulations
• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and strong problem-solving abilities
