MTW Pediatric Therapy Services LLP, based in Bangalore, is a multidisciplinary center dedicated to helping children with developmental delays. Led by senior Speech-Language Pathologist Ms. Aneesya Rajan, the center provides expert services in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, and Behavioral support. Using an evidence-based and child-centered approach, the team strives to empower children to communicate, learn, and grow with confidence. MTW collaborates closely with families to achieve meaningful developmental milestones for each child.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathologist located in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders. The Speech-Language Pathologist will develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual children, assist in rehabilitation for feeding difficulties , and work collaboratively with families and other professionals to support children's developmental growth. Regular documentation and progress reporting will also be key components of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing speech and language disorders
  • Skills in assessing and treating speech-related challenges, including work on communication abilities
  • Expertise in Oral Placement Therapy,
  • Expertise in AAC
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children and their families
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure or certification as required to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous professional experience in pediatric therapy is preferred
  • Compassionate and patient-focused mindset, with a commitment to helping children achieve their potential
