• Develops compelling job descriptions and specifications to improve the attraction and matching of qualified candidates

• Organizes job postings on various platforms and local job boards, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned with client's needs

• Conducts interviews to assess candidates skills, knowledge, and experience against the job requirements

• Sources candidates globally by leveraging recruitment software, databases, social media or referrals within own professional network to find suitable talents for Digital clients

• Initiates regular market analysis to stay up-to-date labour market trends and hiring practices

• Collaborates with clients to shortlisted successful candidates, manages the full candidate experience, including the offer and onboarding process

• Provides updated recruitment reports and candidate pipeline analysis to clients and internal management
