Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and email, aligned with business and practice growth goals. Responsibilities include managing social media presence, coordinating content calendars, and supporting brand consistency for multiple dental practices. The role involves monitoring and analyzing web and campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-backed improvements. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support patient acquisition, retention, and engagement, while staying current on industry and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, including content coordination, community engagement, and basic social media reporting.
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to track, interpret, and report on campaign and website performance.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and basic design or content management tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a performance-driven, healthcare-focused environment.
