Specialist - Quality Engineering

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance QA professional with a strong background in Agentforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of datadriven solutions and marketing automation processes working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver robust and scalable products

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for Agentforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud applications

Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies

Perform functional integration regression and performance testing to ensure product quality and compliance with business standards

Identify document and track defects providing clear feedback and recommendations for resolution

Automate test scenarios where feasible to improve efficiency and coverage

Maintain uptodate knowledge of Agentforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud features releases and best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

Proven experience in QA roles with handson exposure to Agentforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms

Strong understanding of data management ETL processes and marketing automation workflows

Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages

Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloudbased testing environments and CICD pipelines

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools

Certifications related to QA Agentforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud are a plus
