- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME): Expected to perform independently and develop subject matter expertise (SME) in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Architecture.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Technical Support: Provide L1 and L2 support, addressing basic and intermediate level troubleshooting issues related to Citrix environments.
- Hardware/Software Support: Ensure the hardware and software configurations are optimized for services running across various platforms.
- Technology Implementation: Implement and support technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas.
- Documentation: Maintain and update documentation for systems, software products, and configurations to ensure accuracy and ease of reference.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance overall system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Architecture, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing Citrix environments.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network systems, including server configurations and network troubleshooting.
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to virtualized environments.
- Knowledge of server and network configurations, virtualization technologies, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, ensuring high availability and performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Architecture, providing support and troubleshooting for production and development systems.
- Education:15 years of full-time education is required (e.g., Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- Location: This position is based at our Kolkata office.
