Vanguard Ventures is a fast-growing real estate mandate firm collaborating with top-tier developers. We seeking high-performance Sourcing professionals specifically from the Real Estate Mandate or Developer background. We are looking for candidates who already possess an active network of Channel Partners and can drive site visits from day one.
STRICT REQUIREMENTS (Do not apply if you don't meet these):
- Industry: Minimum 1 year of Active Real Estate Sourcing experience. No candidates from Insurance, EdTech, or Banking will be considered.
- Experience Window: Strictly 1 to 5 years.
- Location: Candidates must be residing in or willing to work specifically in the Thane or Mulund hubs.
- Mindset: A target-oriented professional with a strong drive for financial growth and career advancement.
- Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English is preferred.
Core Responsibilities
- Network Expansion: Build and maintain a robust network of Channel Partners (CPs) and independent brokers across assigned territories.
- Lead Generation: Drive qualified buyer leads by leveraging broker relationships and market presence.
- Site Visit Coordination: Ensure a high volume of walk-ins and site visits for our various mandate projects.
- Relationship Management: Foster long-term, professional relationships with brokers to ensure consistent business flow.
- Revenue Contribution: Actively participate in the sales cycle to contribute to successful deal closures and overall revenue growth.
