Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a BFSI Recruiter – Permanent Hiring Division. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring mandates for Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, NBFC, and Fintech clients, with a strong focus on achieving volume hiring closures, revenue targets, and client delivery SLAs.

The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for frontline to mid-level BFSI positions across Sales, Operations, Collections, Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Branch Banking roles. The recruiter will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, drive closures within TAT, maintain candidate pipelines, and contribute to monthly billing and business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for BFSI permanent hiring mandates.
  • Deliver high-volume closures across multiple locations and clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly joinings and revenue targets.
  • Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, social media, and field sourcing channels.
  • Screen, shortlist, schedule interviews, and ensure offer-to-joining conversions.
  • Maintain regular coordination with clients for feedback, closures, and hiring plans.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring BFSI roles.
  • Ensure data accuracy in ATS/MIS and track recruitment funnel metrics.
  • Drive candidate experience and employer branding during the hiring process.
  • Support business expansion through strong delivery performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience in BFSI hiring / staffing industry.
  • Proven experience in volume hiring and target-based recruitment environments.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI roles such as CASA Sales, Credit Cards, Loans, Collections, Insurance, Branch Operations, etc.
  • Ability to achieve monthly closure and revenue goals consistently.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, and internal databases.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment MIS, ATS, and reporting systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong ownership mindset and hunger to earn incentives.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple mandates and clients.
  • Excellent follow-up and closure orientation.
  • Prior experience in staffing companies handling BFSI permanent hiring preferred.
