Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end, scalable, and secure solutions for the Insurance domain. The role demands strong backend and frontend architectural expertise, cloud-native thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical designs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to convert requirements into technical solutions
  • Design microservices-based architectures with well-defined REST APIs
  • Define frontend architecture standards and integration patterns with backend services
  • Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, resiliency, and availability requirements
  • Drive cloud-native and DevOps best practices across teams
  • Review solution designs and enforce architectural governance
  • Mentor development teams and guide critical technical decisions
  • Support RFPs, technical proposals, estimations, and client discussions as needed

Job Requirement
Required Skills:
  • Strong architectural and hands-on experience in Java / Kotlin
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems
  • Experience with Frontend technologies, especially React, including:
  • Component-based architecture
  • State management and API integration
  • Performance and security considerations
  • Working knowledge of Python for integration, automation, or analytics use cases
  • Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, enterprise adoption, and integration patterns
  • Experience with DevOps practices - CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, security, PaaS services)
Domain Expertise
  • Strong experience in the Insurance domain (Health / Life / Property & Casualty)
  • Understanding of core insurance workflows such as policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, and provider integrations
  • Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
Soft Skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
