Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design :
- Design end-to-end AI-powered solution architectures that are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
- Define system architecture, data flows, AI/ML pipelines, and integration patterns aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms (cloud-based and on-prem).
- Ensure architectural best practices, standards, and governance are followed across projects.
AI & Technology Implementation
- Lead the development and deployment of AI solutions including machine learning models, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, NLP, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI components into existing applications and platforms.
- Oversee model lifecycle management including training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
Software Development & System Integration
- Work closely with development teams to build and integrate APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and third-party systems.
- Support integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, booking engines, payment gateways, and analytics platforms.
- Review technical designs and code to ensure architectural alignment and quality standards.
Consulting & Business Alignment
- Act as a trusted technical consultant to stakeholders, understanding business challenges and translating them into AI-driven solutions.
- Analyze and optimize business processes using AI and automation to improve efficiency, customer experience, and revenue.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposal development, effort estimation, and technical presentations.
- Provide thought leadership and recommendations on AI adoption strategies and digital transformation.
Stakeholder Communication & Leadership
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Present architectural designs, solution roadmaps, and technical trade-offs to senior leadership and clients.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends, tools, and industry best practices, especially in travel and e-commerce domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, AI Architect, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, system design, and scalable application development.
- Solid background in software development and system integration. Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud AI services).
- Experience in consulting environments with strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
