Key Responsibilities:
- Architecting E-commerce stores with a headless or API-driven approach, planning AWS cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, load balancing, etc.), and integrating third-party services (payment gateways, ERPs, CRMs, analytics).
- Architect CMS solutions, custom node/python/php applications and external services that work with the E-commerce systems to provide additional capabilities missing in the E-commerce platform to provide a complete all-round solution.
- Communicate with customer to gather requirements with defined objectives. Provide suggestions to improve the solution for Customer and End User benefit
- Evaluate multiple solutions and provide all options/solution for customer to choose.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Define system integration strategies and technology roadmaps with milestones on how the project will be implemented, tested and delivered.
- Define systems, processes, data and flow for achieving customer objective
- Evaluate and recommend e-commerce platforms, solutions and third-party tools in line with ADA's strengths and products
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization for the solutions based on customers budget requirements
- Provide all pre-sales support including requirement discovery, client engagement, solution designing, Design strategy, building proposal documents and presentations, estimate costs, solution prototyping and demos, infrastructure architecture, Innovative feature and ideas development, project timeline planning, customer relationship building and delivery handover.
- Provide post-sales support for coding architecture, platform, infrastructure architecture, feature descriptions, delivery targets and planning milestones
Required Skills:
- Enterprise Architecture experience for documentation and processes.
- Architect for E-commerce platforms: Magento, Shopify Plus, SFCC, Commerce, Adobe Commerce
- Infrastructure architect for Cloud platforms: AWS and Azure
- Kubernetes, Microservices architecture and API design skills
- System integration and middleware solutions
- Payment gateway integrations with Security and compliance frameworks
- Architecture patterns and best practices
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and vision

- Strong presentation and communication skills
