Job Title: Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant
Location: Noida (Hybrid) | Experience: 4 – 10 Years

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Compensation, etc.
Develop, debug, and optimize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI queries.
Design and troubleshoot Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence Eligibility).
Perform data loads using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL for mass data updates.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP Web Services, HDL ingestion processes, and third-party connectors.
Troubleshoot inbound/outbound integration failures and ensure smooth data flow.
Participate in quarterly patch testing and fix technical defects.
Perform root-cause analysis for technical incidents and provide permanent fixes.
Support functional teams by providing technical insights and implementing required customizations.
Prepare technical documentation, mapping sheets, and solution designs.
Work on security-related technical tasks (roles, privileges, data security troubleshooting).
