Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal ConsultantMuleSoft Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Technical Architect to join our integration and digital transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, governing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will work closely with Salesforce (SFDC) and other enterprise platforms to ensure seamless system connectivity that supports critical business processes, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in MuleSoft architecture, strong integration design skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, reusable API-led solutions. Your success will be measured by the stability, scalability, and business value delivered through enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect high-performance, reusable, and resilient integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

  • Define and implement API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs) aligned with enterprise integration standards

  • Identify business processes that can be enhanced through system integration and API enablement

  • Lead the design and development of custom integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (CRM, ERP, core systems, data platforms)

  • Collaborate with project managers, Salesforce architects, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure cohesive solution design and delivery

  • Establish and enforce integration best practices, governance models, and design standards

  • Conduct assessments of existing integration landscapes and produce architecture recommendations, roadmaps, and modernization plans

  • Lead data and functionality migration from legacy or third-party applications via MuleSoft

  • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, monitoring, and compliance

  • Support blueprinting, design workshops, and technical walkthroughs with customers

  • Provide technical leadership, mentor mid-level and junior integration developers, and review solution designs

  • Stay current with MuleSoft platform capabilities, integration trends, and cloud technologies

  • Validate solution components, lead customer design reviews, and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to integration service offerings and accelerators

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • B.E or B.Tech or MCA

  • Proven experience as Technical Mulesoft Architect, with a strong understanding of Salesforce%27s platform.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and CloudHub

  • Must have experience integrating with Experian, Twilio, Genesys, Oracle and similar platforms

  • Must have experience of integrating Salesforce with other 3rd party applications using middleware (MuleSoft), and REST/SOAP APIs

  • Must have done at least solutioning with 2-3 large implementations individually or in lead capacity.

  • Experience in CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins), Git, VS Code, Oracle integrations

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and standard processes.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

Preferred qualifications

  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect

  • Relevant years of experience in integration and middleware technologies

  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments

  • Strong design thinking skills and ability to map business problems to integration-led value streams

  • Expertise in data modeling, ERDs, and canonical data models

  • Proficiency with architecture and modeling tools (draw.io, Visio, Lucidchart ArchiMate is a plus)

  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure for hybrid and cloud-native integrations

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for API consumer enablement

  • Self-driven, decisive, and comfortable operating in ambiguous or evolving environments
