3+ years of experience working as a Workday Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
Working knowledge of overall Workday solution , with hands-on experience of implementing (from design to deploy) of at least two Workday modules ; Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Talent Management, Compensation / Advanced Compensation management, Recruitment, Benefits , others .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team and stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.
A commitment to continuous learning and driving improvement .
Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is preferred, but not mandatory.
