Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Commissioning
- Install solar panels, inverters, and associated equipment according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct system commissioning, testing, and performance verification.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory standards.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in solar installations.
- Ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Technical Support and Client Interaction
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing queries and resolving service issues promptly.
- Train clients on system operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation for client records.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of service history, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with production, engineering, and project teams to optimize service processes.
- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to improve system reliability.
- Support R&D or production teams in product enhancements based on field feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in solar service, installation, or renewable energy systems.
- Strong knowledge of solar power systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical safety standards.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for solar system performance analysis.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
