Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • App dynamics L2/L3 Support Admin
  • The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support for Appdynamics troubleshooting issues and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
  • Installation Configuration and Visualization of Dashboard instrumented into the Project for multiple Applications
  • Troubleshooting configuration environment application server issues
  • Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Technical Support and Customer Support background
  • Get details of known application infrastructure outages and pain points
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with App dynamics or similar monitoring tools
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
