Job Description

Excellent knowledge in Installation, commissioning and debugging solar module manufacturing line.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance Knowledge Solar Manufacturing Machine like Glass loader, EVA cutter, Stringer Machine, Auto Bussing, El testing Machine, Auto Trimming, Auto Framing, Auto JB Soldering, Curing Line, Corner Filling, Sun simulator, Hi-pot, Auto sorter and Auto Packing line.
Knowledge about Solar Module Machine changeover process.
Operations and teaching 6 axis Robots,
Maintain Engineering Critical Spare Monitoring and Order Regular Basics
Maintenance and Troubleshooting PLC, Servo Systems, Variable Frequency Drives and other Electrical Component.
Operation and Maintenance of DG and compressor
Knowledge about Pneumatic and Hydraulic System Equipment Maintenance.
Working on Different types of PLC and HMI programming Allen Bradley, Siemens
Monitoring and Prepared Daily Breakdowns report and Daily power consumption Report and made Kaizen for Energy Saving.
Analysis daily breakdown and prepared ABC, Why-Why analysis, MTTR, MTBF etc
Trouble shooting and maintenance smart IMMC, MCC and PCC panels.
Good knowledge about 6s system, Kaizen, TPM work and Maintain document for HIRA, EHS, QMS
Trouble shooting in automaton line Knowledge and troubleshooting all types off sensors proximity, photos sensor, light curtain, safety scanner, safety mat , analog sensors , safety scanner ,RTD ,Thermocouple , Pressure Switch Etc..
Qualification: Electrical/Mechanical (Diploma/ B.E./B.Tech)
