Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled SDET with strong programming and automation expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery across web and API layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web and API testing
• Write efficient, reusable, and scalable test scripts using Java and Selenium
• Perform API testing using tools like Rest Assured and Postman
• Validate backend data using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams in Agile environments
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and execution
• Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices where applicable
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution
• Continuously improve automation coverage and testing processes
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong proficiency in Java Programming
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for UI automation
• Experience in API Testing (Rest Assured / Postman)
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Expertise in Automation Framework Design (e.g., Hybrid, POM, Data-driven frameworks)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL / PL-SQL for database validation
• Experience working in Agile environments with TDD practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with TestNG framework
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle
• Knowledge of JSON for API validation and data handling

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.
