We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong expertise in Playwright with Typescript/Python.
The candidate will be responsible for functional testing and test automation of AI-enabled features and workflow automation platforms, ensuring end-to-end. quality, reliability, and accuracy of product delivery.
- 4-6 years of experience in software testing (both manual & automation).
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of testing concepts (functional, regression, smoke, integration).
- Understanding of workflow automation and integration platforms.
- Knowledge of test frameworks (Pytest or similar).
- Experience with API testing (Postman/RestAssured).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Exposure to AI testing methodologies and tools, including testing AI-driven features, validating model outputs, and ensuring reliability and accuracy.
- Strong debugging and analytical to have :
- Prior exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar integration frameworks.
- Exposure to Slack, Okta, SFDC permission models and related system integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
Key Role And Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with Python.
- Automate regression, functional, and integration test cases.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Debug, analyze, and report test failures, ensuring timely defect resolution.
