Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform code integration for model-generated software components.
• Add and manage dependencies, stub codes, headers, and required libraries for successful integration.
• Debug and resolve compilation failure errors and integration failure issues.
• Create integration test specifications based on system and software requirements.
• Develop and execute Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) integration tests using TPT and Google Test (GTest).
• Collaborate with software developers and system engineers to understand integration points and interfaces.
• Document integration test cases, results, and coverage metrics.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and MISRA.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Model-Based Design (MBD) using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Hands-on experience with TPT and GTest for integration testing.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and embedded software development.
• Experience with code integration including handling dependencies, stub codes, headers, and libraries.
• Ability to debug compilation and integration errors effectively.
• Understanding of SIL testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture and tools.
• Experience with requirements management and traceability tools like DOORS or Polarion.
