What You'll Bring

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software applications
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Python, or Go
• Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks like React, Angular, or Backbone
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM tools (e.g., JPA2, Hibernate)
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Mesos
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design and performance
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native application deployment
• Foundational understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and enthusiasm for learning how to integrate AI into applications
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and AI specialists
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to adapt and learn

How You Will Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure software solutions that integrate with multiple services and data sources
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features that address key customer needs
• Contribute to site stability and code quality through code reviews, unit/integration tests, and monitoring practices
• Drive end-to-end feature delivery, from requirements to release and support
• Advocate for and contribute to best practices in cloud-native development and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, XP)
• Stay informed on AI advancements and bring innovative ideas for integrating GenAI into customer-facing applications
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions through clear articulation of tradeoffs and value
