We are hiring a growth-focused social media operator who understands how to:
- Build brands (not just post content)
- Catch and execute trends fast
- Turn content into leads
- Use automation tools like ManyChat to convert engagement into revenue
Key Responsibilities
1. Content That Builds Brand & Drives Leads
- Plan and execute high-impact content strategies for multiple clients
- Create reels that are driven by hooks, storytelling, and conversion intent
- Develop content pillars based on audience psychology (not generic calendars)
- Adapt trends quickly for different industries (real estate, clinics, service businesses, etc.)
2. Trend Execution & Growth Hacking
- Identify trending formats early and adapt them for brand relevance
- Execute fast — shoot, edit, and publish with speed
- Build viral loops through shareable and relatable content
3. Automation & Funnel Building (Core Requirement)
- Set up and manage ManyChat flows for Instagram and Facebook
- Build DM automation funnels (comment → DM → lead capture → conversion)
- Segment audience and create follow-up sequences
- Integrate automation with WhatsApp / CRM for lead nurturing
4. Performance & Data Optimization
- Track content performance beyond vanity metrics
- Optimize based on watch time, retention, shares, and conversions
- Continuously test hooks, formats, and CTAs
- Improve ROI from content + paid synergy
5. Execution Ownership
- Handle end-to-end execution from idea → shoot → publish → optimize
- Collaborate with design, video, and performance teams
- Take ownership of results, not just activity
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in growing social media accounts with real business outcomes
- Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form content algorithms
- Hands-on experience with ManyChat or similar automation tools
- Deep understanding of content hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology
- Ability to analyze data and improve content performance
- Fast execution mindset (not overthinking, but testing and iterating)
Good to Have
- Experience in service-based industries (real estate, healthcare, etc.)
- Basic video editing and content shooting skills
- Understanding of paid ads + organic synergy
