To be responsible for driving student enrolments for the art classes by handling inquiries, following up with leads, coordinating admissions activities, and supporting marketing campaigns. The role requires strong communication skills, well presentable, relationship-building ability, and an understanding of art education programs.
Scope of work-
- To generate leads from the store for potential customers 2. Connect and follow up with walk in as well as social media leads for classes 3. Take admissions and enrolments for Classes and Workshops.
- Start new batches, meet new artists and teachers.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into enrolments.
- Maintain and update lead database/CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate art programs (e.g., painting, sketching, digital art, sculpture).
- Address queries and concerns regarding classes and facilities.
- Sales reporting - Track daily inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in organizing workshops, demo classes, exhibitions, and events.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Ensure a positive admission experience.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred) (Additionally, Marathi preferred for Pune) Basic sales or counselling experience Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Instagram Friendly and persuasive personality Interest in art or creative fields is a plus Preferred Qualifications Graduate in any field
1-3 years experience in sales, admissions, or customer service Experience in education institutes, hobby classes, or training centers preferred.
