Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a Social Media Strategist who will shape and elevate the client's brand presence across social platforms through strategic, data-informed planning. This role extends beyond content creation it's about understanding the audience, creative storytelling, and optimizing performance across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities -

• Develop comprehensive social-first strategies aligned with client goalsbrand awareness, engagement, conversions, or multi-platform storytelling.
• Plan and schedule high-impact content across platforms, working with the different in-house teams.
• Partner with creative, account, and media teams to ensure messaging coherence and campaign integration.
• Monitor and analyze metrics, engagement, ROI, conversions, and create insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
• Identify and coordinate with influencers, manage outreach and contracts, and amplify campaigns through partnerships.
• Plan, execute, and optimize social campaigns with clear budgets, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Stay current with platform changes, digital trends, and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
• Respond to follower comments and messages, fostering a positive brand voice and engagement.
• Educate clients or internal teams on emerging social media strategies and best practices.

Required -

• 3-6 years of experience in social media strategy, ideally within ad agencies, digital marketing, or related environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant fieldor equivalent portfolio experience.
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, plus analytics platforms (GA, native insights).
• Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms - Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, X, and emerging networks.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, creativity, adaptability, time management, and collaboration.
