Role: Social Media Strategist
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi
Experience: 2+ Years (At least 1 Year Agency Exp)
Salary: Upto 4.8 LPA
Job Description:
As a Social Media Strategist, you do the heavy lifting of thinking. You'll be the bridge between clients and designers, ideating cool concepts and executing on the fly. You must be comfortable with:
- Independently managing 5-6 accounts at any given point in time (end-to-end)
- Complete client servicing, communications, social media account management, and all related activities
- Setting up and managing all client calendars, overseeing posting, scheduling, and edits as required
- Preparing content strategy for client social media accounts as well as Gryd's own social media presence (across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta ads, etc)
- Keeping up with trends and capitalising on the correct waves at the right time for organic growth (specifically in the jewellery space)
- Assistance with copywriting, moodboarding, finding design references, leading discovery sessions, handling client grievances, briefing designers, and meeting deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of experience in account management and strategy, with at least 1 year in an agency environment
- Experience with content ideation, campaigns, and photoshoots
- Samples or case studies from accounts previously worked on (portfolio that showcases strategy and final output with resulting growth)
- References from prior work experiences
