To lead the strategic planning, approval governance, research pipeline, and performance monitoring across all social media platforms, ensuring measurable growth in reach, engagement, and brand authority.
This role requires a structured and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of platform analytics, audience psychology, and content performance optimization.
Key Result Areas
- Social Media Governance & Approvals
- Conduct final review and approval of all social media content prior to publishing
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and alignment with business objectives
- Calendar Discipline & Execution Control
- Own and manage the monthly and weekly content calendar
- Ensure 100% adherence to the posting schedule through proactive planning
- Research & Growth Strategy
- Build and maintain a structured content research pipeline
- Identify industry trends, competitor insights, and high-engagement content formats
- Develop strong hook strategies for reels, posts, and short-form content
- Podcast Research & Q&A Development
- Conduct in-depth research prior to each podcast recording
- Prepare structured, high-impact Q&A aligned with brand positioning and marketing strategy
- Social Media MIS & Performance Intelligence
- Prepare weekly performance reports (MIS) for each platform
- Analyze data and recommend corrective and growth-focused actions
- Identify content gaps and new growth opportunities

Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Social Media Strategy
- Strong analytical understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta insights
- Experience in B2B or construction/architecture/building materials industry preferred
- Must have prior experience strategically managing 2025 social media accounts at scale, with structured reporting and measurable growth outcomes
- Strong research capability with structured documentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data-driven reporting
- Strong written English and content structuring skills
- Ability to professionally coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders
