1. Social Media Content Strategy Own the content strategy across Innovatiview's LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and all relevant platforms.
2. Content Writing & Editorial Judgement A knack for writing sharp copy and an eye for judging it — with the ability to train and push the agency to consistently meet the bar.
3. Brand Building Build and manage the brand presence of Innovatiview, its senior management, and directors across all social and digital touchpoints.
4. Campaign Management Conceptualize and execute digital brand campaigns and employer branding campaigns.
5. Social Media Agency Management Own the social media agency relationship — deliverables, timelines, calendar, and quality. They deliver; you drive.
6. Website & Blog Management Manage the web content agency to keep the company website, group websites, and blogs current, updated, and on-brand at all times.
7. Brand Voice & Consistency Define and guard Innovatiview's tone and visual identity across every platform — no exceptions.
8. Content Calendar Own and run the master content calendar across social, blogs, and web — planned ahead, executed on time.
9. Technology Storytelling Translate complex security and surveillance technology into content that an institutional buyer finds clear and compelling.
10. Performance & Reporting Track the right metrics and report them to leadership in business language — not vanity numbers.
11. Real-Time Social Every milestone and announcement goes live the same day. You keep Innovatiview's social presence immediate and always current.
