Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the merchant growth team to drive MAU growth on Paytm for Business app.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and help increase Paytm's bottom line.
Set up automated dashboards for performance management and track key metrics.
Develop and maintain databases, re-organizing data into readable formats and preparing reports for management.

Job Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to determine necessary data for testing hypotheses.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Hive, with experience in handling large-scale datasets.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Experience with web analytics platforms and influencing business stakeholders effectively.
