Provide strategic finance leadership across multiple Lines of Business, enabling strong expense discipline, financial governance, and commercially focused insight. Partner with senior stakeholders to protect value, support investment decisions, and drive continuous improvement across finance services and processes.
.Act as a trusted finance partner to senior business and finance leaders across CCS, WIB, and Technology.
.Lead expense services and process - forecasting, analytics, and performance reporting.
.Deliver forward looking insights on cost drivers, risks, opportunities, and productivity initiatives.
.Embed robust financial guardrails, controls, and governance in line with financial control frameworks and SOX requirements.
.Drive simplification, standardization, and digitization of finance processes and services.
.Lead and develop high performing onshore and offshore teams, fostering a strong performance and improvement culture
.CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Postgraduate / MBA Finance (B.Com Graduation)
.Strong understanding of banking/financial services cost structures and financial management.
.Proven senior finance business partnering experience.
.Deep expertise in expense management and commercial analytics.
.Experience leading large teams, including offshore delivery models.
.Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation skills.
.Banking or financial services experience across multiple Lines of Business.
.Familiarity with finance systems and tools (e.g. Oracle GL, TM1).
.Knowledge of financial control frameworks, risk management, and SOX
.Credible, inspiring leader with strong executive presence.
.Trusted advisor with excellent relationship building capability.
.Highly analytical with the ability to simplify complex issues.
